This blood pressure kit gives accurate readings very fast with little discomfort. The readings are delivered in just 30-40 seconds. BPM is Bluetooth capable to connect to your smart phone with a free app to keep track of your BP. The machine stores BP for 2 people with up to 60 readings for each person. Cuff fits adults but I was able to also use it on my 12 year old and it worked. Probably not as accurately because he is small but in a pinch it will work for smaller people.The cuff has directions right on it for placement on your left arm, with the cord along the inside of your arm on pinky side. It comes with a nice zipper pouch to hold everything and a pocket on the inside top for the booklet and easy use card. It runs on 4 AA batteries that come with it.The only thing I have found to be an issue is if you bump the machine too much while in the case it will turn on. An easy fix is to either remove the batteries during storage or place the machine on top of everything in the carrying bag and in a location that it won't get items set on top of it.

This is a great home system for monitoring your BP and heart rate. One can argue the pros and cons to devices vs manual readings but for the average users I feel devices like this are the way to go.First, this is packaged well. It comes in a case with a small pocket for instructions and fits the machine and cuff comfortably. It's very compact making it easy to store or travel if needed.The unit comes with batteries which is convenient to start using it right away. Something that when a health issue comes up can actually be very helpful as it saves time and headache.The cuff I found comfortable and adjustable. I have very small arms and it fit great. My husband has larger arms and it worked well for him as well. My kids wanted to try but it was definitely too big for them.I used to regularly conduct health fairs at businesses and use blood pressure machines. This one was easier to use and higher quality than the ones I used in the past. I wish I had this model back then! The ability to connect it to an app would be very useful for an individual needing to track their BP and heart rate.In the past decade I've regularly had my blood pressure monitored and have a good read for what range I lie. This seemed quite accurate in its readings. I had my husband test it as well since he too knows his normal range and had just been at the doc and gotten a reading. It read accurately for him as well.This is a quality machine that will be very helpful if you need to monitor your blood pressure at home. It's easy to use and gives you the ability to track your readings easily and provide better data for your doctor.If you are looking to monitor your BP at home I highly recommend this machine.

I got this to use in my clinic and have been very happy with it's ease of use and accuracy. It has a great cuff that has fit a very wide range of people. It is also the kind of cuff you can easily apply to yourself, if you are taking your own BP at home. The cord is long enough to fit a variety of placement options. That is the tube between the cuff and the unit, there is no electrical cord because it runs on batteries. I took one star off because when the batteries run out, if you don't know what is happening, you can get some strange readings before it actually dies. As long as you know this, I don't think you will have any problems, just know that if you start to get strange readings you probably need to change the batteries. Also because there seems to be an option for an AC cord, but there are no instructions or order forms to get the cord... which I would very much like to have. All in all it's a good choice, especially at the sale price, and I have many iProven devices that perform well.
