If you enjoy other Szechuan peppercorn you will love this variation. Its in my automatic grinder and i use more than i should.

Temur is not really a Pepper.
You will like this. Looks like pepper, but, tastes more like something expenses. Timer is not a risk. Try this first on something bland. Baked potato is a good place to start. When your family tries timur pepper, you will need to have this on hand there after. Grind timur and use it as you would pepper.
