Our ACER monitor adapter stopped working and didn't want to spend much so got this charging adapter. It does the desired job very well & I would recommend it.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Worked well for my Acer monitor- Overall build quality is good. Can't say very premium but it is good enough- Have not seen the heating issue as of now- Very reasonably priced in this competitive marketCons:- It came in very generic packaging without any branding and hence not confident about how durable and long-lasting these are

Works and doesn't get over heated. Spent months hitting thrift store bends and finally had to get this one. Working good so far

Great price and no compatibility issues, but...The end that connects to your PC is TOO SHORT!I believe the seller lists the length as 45 inches, but it's closer to 43 inches, and even 45 inches would be too short. If you work on a tabletop or a desktop, the power connector on your PC will be on the back or towards the rear of the left or right side. Assuming a comfortable typing distance from the edge of your work surface, the short end of this cable results in the adapter brick in the middle being lifted off the floor.I have used it with a couple of different Acer/Gateway laptops and an Acer VZ4810G all-in-one desktop PC, and the adapter is just a bit too short to be comfortable used with any of these without having it sit on the work surface.I'll be looking for a replacement and will keep this as a backup. For the best and safest used, I'd want the end that connects to my PC to be closer to 54 inches long to guarantee that the adapter brick can sit comfortably on the floor without it pulling on the end connected to my PC.

After my stock power block went bad (extremely prematurely), I was in the market for a replacement. My laptop was not on the list from the seller, but the plug dimensions, voltage and current were all correct for my Acer Aspire A315-21-95KF, so I decided to give this power block a shot and I was not disappointed. The cables are sturdier than stock, and the 3.42A 65w output is slighter higher than stock, so it’s actually better than the original. The plug itself is exactly the right dimensions for the charging socket, but since it is not a right-angle plug like the original it has the appearance that it might wiggle since it doesn’t lay flush against the side of the laptop, but it does not— it doesn’t stop charging if you move the block or cable. Great price compared to competitors. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I was traveling in a small town in Southern Oregon, and had not found any chargers for my laptop locally. I really had work I needed to get done, so when I found this plug charger and saw the shipping time I ordered it right away. The price was super reasonable, it fits and charges my laptop so I was happy with it. Of course, I did find my "lost" cord right before this was delivered but now I have a spare that will only be kept in my travel bag.

The original charger got damaged some way...somehow... and I saw this, thinking it was a cheap alternative but to my surprise, it has been working good for about the 2 or 3 months I bought it for. This is worth the buy

It does hold as much charging as my original one, but it works.
