Helps with my IBS-C
These are actually not half bad. They would probably be better with salt on them, but I’m sure these without salt are better for me. I purchased these with the hope of them helping with my IBS-C. I read that raw pumpkin seeds can help with digestion. It has indeed helped. These are green, un-sprouted & I eat a 1-2 tablespoon a day of them. The texture is fresh, crunchy & like I said, not half bad. It’s not something I dread each day. I think for the help I am getting from them, they are well worth the money & I will definitely purchase again.

Very nice, i use kitchen scale to measure out a serving. Is very filling in that it" hits the spot." Snack friendly, good nutrition, anti parasite, salt free, no odor, great texture. Durability doesnt apply to seeds
