the product came 1 week early, but the only problem with it was that it was hollow which i don't really like hollow chopsticks much.

The product was made, just like how you see in the picture, due to the product being in Asia, took about two months to get to the U.S. When I actually recieved the product, I couldn't really use them because I (personally) found the utensils to be a little too slick for me. Would not recommend metal chop sticks; I would just stick to a traditional wooden design.

Great product and it shipped faster than I expected. They feel great to hold and look beautiful in my kitchen.

Acceptable but poor quality.

As described, feels nice and sturdy. Overall good purchase.
