customer Service needs Help, machine is not too bad, but not as accurate as I wanted
This is a Very DIY project, Instructions are not supplied, and Parts do not fit well, so the system speed/acceleration is limited by the connection of the Laser to the Drive head, at high speed it "jiggles" an artifact of the focus adjustment screw. Software is extremely limited, but functional, I end up with gaps in the etched output in 4 out of 10 projects, where lines are skipped. and more than once the software has crashed mid project, wasting my materialthat said, this is a 15W laser engraver for +/-600$ you get what you pay for, and I think I will spend a little more time modifying this beast, its part of why we DIY anyway.

Bad company to deal with and bad product
Parts dont lineup properly. No directions sent with machine and has to search online. Finally Sent directions from manufacturer and only contained half of the setup and was for a slightly different model. Avoid buying this at all costs, you will lose your mind.
