The pumps which are shown with the product are NOT INCLUDED. The pumps are the reason I chose to make this purchase. Otherwise, I would have purchased other offers which are on average $5.00 less than the offer from this company. I checked reviews, unfortunately, after the fact. Like the shampoo and conditioner don’t like it when the box is open order things
I am not getting my order from you guys on the box it was a bigger box when I saw it was smashed I order other things like lotion shampoos and conditioners and one of yours it was from you guys I really like the smell I really like the the shampoo and conditioner from you guys but the only thing I don’t know what happened when they were delivering my box because it was open smashed in the shampoo and conditioner for you guys it was open and spilled half of it thank God it did not got on the rest of the other things they order so was the conditioner shampoo they spelled plus the lotion I know that you guys don’t deal with the Lotion but it was on the order that I ordered on the box those three things spelled like I said on the other thing this is not the 1 this is the second time that my box is open it’s not I just want to let you guys know what’s going on I really like the conditioner and the shampoo I was just upset that half of my shampoo and conditioner was already spilled like I said thank God I didn’t got all over the other things that order because they were in Wraptopus sandwich bags I believe but I just wanted to let you guys know

Love the product pumps not included
They do not include the pumps so go with a cheaper one don’t waste your money thinking pumps are not included and they don’t refund or partial credit but product is great.

Chemical reaction
With all honesty , I got a BAD chemical reaction based off this product. It smelt like chemical and I should have known there . I stopped using the product after four days . I took a break to see if it would stop & until the peeling was completely gone, & when I used it again I started to then peal again and at the wrist this time also 🤦🏻♀️ I HIGHLY don’t recommend.

Leaked all over and smells different than the exact same stuff from a hairdresser.
The shampoo smells amazing but the conditioner smelled very chemically. I have some from a beauty school that smells so much better and different for some reason. The bottles came in a box in a plastic bag. The conditioner leaked all over the bag and box. There was probably about a fourth of the conditioner that was gone. I won't be buying this again!!!

Love it!!
I absolutely love these!! It’s Helping me come back from a perm that fried my hair... yes I got a perm .. bring back the 80’s!! Not my finest hour but in the process of coming back from it. Seriously, at some points I looked like I stuck my finger in the socket! This shampoo and condition helped my look like ... well not like I was shocked ;)

NO PUMPS included despite saying they are!
Product is advertised to come with pumps, but no pumps arrived. I picked this one to order for the pumps. Not cool
