I suffer from Insomnia and wake up hot in the middle of the night..... the only thing about these is that they are very thin,, and dont cool at all,, so not very happy with purchase... I kept them but will probably eventually give them to thrift store-- the fitted sheet slides off the corners very easily as the fabric is slippery...
