Very realistic with good weight. Sinks in water making for realistic play.
We enjoy playing with toys in our hot tub and playing with sea creatures is a favorite. We got several different varieties of creatures and I really like how realistic this one is in looks, weight and general feel. It sinks well to the bottom of the hot tub but does move in currents when the jets are on. It does not flip upside down so it can act realistically too. It is of good quality so had already withstood many hours of fun with no damage including re-enactments of ship wrecks, attacks on ships, and fights with other sea creatures. I expect many more children will continue enjoy playing with this after my oldest has outgrown it. I would actually enjoy it on my display shelf as well.

Good but missing some scientific elements
I got this as a model for my science class. There is no light and dark sensor at the top of the head (I drew it on with marker), and the feeding legs at the bottom are hard to see. Plus of course the eyes are not correct. Overall thought pretty good.
