Solgar produces the best supplements in the market. I can see the results immediately. I used this one to increase milk production and it worked. It also had other benefits. I was having mild heart palpitations and after using this they were gone. I also had many small cyst in my kidneys for years and liver but after one year they were gone, too. (I have an ultrasound checkup every year and the doctor was surprised to see that they were gone). A few months ago I stopped using it since I am no longer breastfeeding. I hope my cysts would not come back, but it is reassuring to know that there is a cure for it.

i was about to start taking a course when my baby wasnt even 6 months yet.my baby wasnt up to solid yet so i had to leave him two full bottles every day. and i really wasnt able to pump out any milk so i heard about fenugreek and that it really works wonders. it says it takes 24- 48 (i think )hrs to see the difference, but i saw the difference already after i took 4 pills (2 times * 2 pills).its an amazing product and in some cases could be a life saver!

I'm sure the product itself works for other things but it was purchased to help with milk supply for breastfeeding and didn't work for me. The pills are easily swallowed and the quality is great. I have heard it helps some and not others with milk supply.

Like most women buying Fenugreek, I am breastfeeding and don't produce quite enough milk for my baby. We went and saw a lactation specialist and this is the exact bottle she sold us for $10, so it is a little cheaper here. I do notice a significant difference in quantity of milk when I take this as well as if I stop. It looks like, that for me, as long as I want to breastfeed - I will be taking this. I wish that this could be set up on "subscription" with Amazon mom and that way I wouldn't have to remember to order ahead of time. The seller is pretty quick so that hasn't been too much of an issue and has checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. That being said, this is where I will continue to order.

I bought these to aid in my milk production. It did help but not as much as I wanted even when I tripled the recommended dosage. Got me from 10 ml to maybe twenty or thirty for the day.

This helps a little with my arthritis, sex life, appetite control and hair growth. This herbs got great benefits for the ladies. Will buy again!

My appetite increased and I gained weight! My menstrual cycle was horrible. I took it 2 times a day for about a week and a half, then I threw them out. I wouldn’t give this to my worst enemy. I’m very disappointed because I read good reviews.

Puedo decir que lleva ingredientes activos y no es un engaño. Yo lo he tomado dos meses y he notado más energía, periodos más regulares y quizá algo más de deseo sexual. Lo he tenido que dejar porque creo que me estaba haciendo perder peso sin yo querer, incluso comiendo más. O sea que efectivo es. Pero voy a hablar con mi médico antes de seguir tomándolo, debido a los efectos colaterales.

I have been taking these 'Solgar Fenugreek Vegetable Capsules - Pack of 100' for almost eight weeks now. I purchased them as I had read that they can assist with hormonal imbalance/PCOS-type symptoms, as Fenugreek has phytoestrogenic activity. Please note that Fenugreek can affect people with allergies to peanuts or chickpeas, so should be avoided in such people, and also should not be taken by people who have had hormone - sensitive cancers. The product comes in a brown glass bottle with a metal screw top, and has bubble wrap around it to prevent breakage in transit. As always with Fenugreek, the capsules do smell somewhat - Fenugreek smells strongly, with an odour like maple syrup. If you take high doses, this can be noticeable in your sweat and urine (and breast milk, if you are lactating) - although it's not an unpleasant smell - but it seems fine at low doses. The capsules are gelatine-free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.Fenugreek is a surprisingly good source of calcium and other nutrients, and has also definitely helped my hormone balance. My skin is much clearer, my cycle is behaving better, and as a bonus I have seen a significant increase in my (pathetic) bust size, which is pleasing. Good supplement, and a quality supplier.

I just had to review this amazing product!!! It's brilliant for mothers who are struggling to produce enough milk. At first I put it down to coincidence, but when I suffered from lopsided breasts (and I mean one breast as huge as a watermelon and the other as flat as a fried egg). I upped my dosage to 2 capsules 4 times a day and within 24 hours my milk on the left breast has increased from pumping less than 1oz to pumping a good 3-4oz!!! It's certainly made me feel more normal and confident as I hated wearing a big bra that fitted one breast perfect whilst the other was almost flat!And yes I did switch feeding on both sides but it just seemed as if one breast didn't fill up as much as the other. I'll admit that my right breast is still larger than the left but at least it's a little bit more proportioned.The key for me (I can't speak for anyone else) is making sure I drank plenty of water as well.But I can definitely both see and feel a huge difference.I'm hoping that with regular feeding and pumping on both sides that I can keep the good work up!I always pump as well as feed so as I have enough breast milk to both nurse my baby on the breast as well as mix milk in with her food (mainly baby rice and other foods that are a bit too gritty in texture). Also because you never know what comes around the corner!! It's good to have some breast milk stored in containers in the future just in case I may not be around the pump or feed as and when needed!!!I know this is only my personal experience but I'd already brought two of these bottles only having one capsule twice a day with only small results.But patience was the key!Now I'm getting an increased milk supply, I'm pumping extra milk to feed my baby with whilst making sure that my body sends signals to my brain to produce more milk whilst both feeding and pumping... it's working so far!!!Long gone are my days of frustration at getting 5oz from one breast and barely 1oz from the other.I actually feel both capable and normal again :-)
