Really helped pain and aches.
This has really surprised me. I suffer from a life long immune issue that is sort of like fibromyalgia in spades, and then some. Those of you who have fibro, chronic fatigue and chronic pain are, like me, ready to throw 96% of all the doctors you've gone to in a cold pond somewhere ( I'm being polite and politically correct here) I have tried everything from invasive upper spine surgery to biofeedback to too much medicine to whatever they'd suggest with little help. I tried this tea because I'd never heard of it and it says its anti-inflammatory so hey, what the hell. I love tea. I made some of this the day I got it and was surprised at the beautiful aqua-blue-turquoise color. Not dyed...its the flowers. I pretended it was magical elven tea because why not :) I'm as jaded as you can get on this herbal-helpful curative stuff but I honestly felt less achy the next morning and the 2nd day I honestly believe this tea had a lot to do with helping my aches. It was the first time in ages i woke up and just got out of bed without having to unfold my self in increments, grunting and owww-ing the whole time.Three days later I thought this was crazy and I had to do some empirical scientific test (I'm a geek, sorry) so stopped drinking it just to see. I now am back to feeling like someone beat me with a baseball bat while I slept. I really think this tea helped. It has 2 ingredients so I dont know if 1 or both are the ones but I am stunned and happy it helps. My only tip is do not make this strong if you buy it. It tastes like hay in a barn in the rain, but I dont add anything. You merely have to dip the silk bags 10-12 times in very hot water and you're good. I got 3-4 uses out of 1 bag which was nice and if you add honey or something maybe it's less grassy but I'm hard core and drink my tea straight up (haha). Try a bag, its worth seeing if it helps you.

Stanky feet tea
I’ve never tasted stanky feet before, but I can imagine this is what they taste like.

Bought it for the parlor trick
Does the color changing thing with lemon juice that I was hoping for. Also tasted pretty good.

Cha Tea
Taste horrible. Flavor is too strong. Bitter.

Tasty and soothing
This is a very pleasant tea for a relaxing interval - colorful, also. Too early to say whether it affects inflammatory elements in the body. But, I do enjoy it, nonetheless.

It's ok. Not sure I will repurchase
The smell is a bit put off so it's not that enjoyable to drink.
