These are a great price! They have a citrusy taste when you put them in your mouth and have a chalky white texture but no complaints. I think these are a little strong for me to take in the morning with a small breakfast, I noticed my stomach kind of messed up but I think taking them with a larger meal would be just fine, i'll start taking them with lunch instead.

I have not been sick in almost a year
I take a vitamin c pill every night before bed. I haven't been sick in almost a year, and I'm a college student, mind you. I find that if I get lazy and don't take it for a week or two, I may start feeling a cold coming on, but that's when I drown myself in water and airbourne. And then I get right back on the vitamin c taking habit. I think it's this product that's keeping me away from the cold and flu season, and I will take it forever.
