Greatest Invention
I use it inside a 9x13 pan for ease of cleaning. So far a few things have gotten a little brown, but nothing has actually been burned. Food cooks better & more evenly with the air flow under it.

The mats keep the fat away from your meat
Fat equals flavor-I know this.I bake chicken often. My dog favors the dark meat. I keep the drippings for gravy. I use the skin and bones for broth and the outside critters get what's left. Momma taught me to use it all.With that being said, once my chicken comes out of the oven, these are easy to drain when you use the pointy up side. Silicone is the new kitchen material momma would have loved!The little brushes? They suck like all the other free brushes I have. Superglue them, disposable..I could fill a warehouse. They're free. Love the mats!

When you bake, what you put on it will be raised so what touches bottom side will not burn.
I only got one. It clearly says 2 pack. Will I get the other one? The one I did receive is nice, but I have yet to use it.

Supposed to be a two pack, only received one. Very poor or deliberate false description of the item.
