Honestly, I am very surprised.Firstly, I read the reviews of these things, from various brands. I went with this brand because they are slightly more known than some off brand. I have read things like "it doesn't work" or "it doesn't reach your gums" or "works better if you wiggle it around."So lets break it down. Firstly, it DOES 100% come with a charger. Doesn't seem like it, because when you open it up you see only the unit and 2 mouth pieces.... in this case, you should remove that foam and under is a USB cable, power plug (USA), and the base. Sitting the unit on the base, is slightly magnetic, the light turns red when its charging.So, pulling it out of the packaging, it smells. Like, of cleaning stuff for packaging. So I put it under the sink with scolding hot burn your hands water, and cleaned it. Smell gone.Next, I decided to use it with my own toothpaste. Toms Fluoride Free. If you are a fan of Toms, high five. Anyway, I applied a generous helping of my Toms toothpaste on each side of the mouth cup. Turned it on, and put it in. Immediately I realized that "biting" the unit, would be worthless. You have to let your teeth kind of float in the cup instead of biting down hard. I also found that as some stated, wiggling it around works great. It does. How do I know its working? Because my toothpaste which is the thick stuff you would normally use on a OG toothbrush, began to foam up and do its think just like with normal brushing. It even started seeping out of my mouth just like with a toothbrush.Now me personally, I haven't brushed in years. I know nasty right? But I am a paraplegic about to go on 4 years, so I haven't really left the house either except for doctors appointments and physical therapy when applicable. So this is the FIRST TIME I have done any kind of brushing in years. Nasty I know. However, as I said, pleasantly surprised. Why? Because my teeth nor gums, show no signs up bleeding. There was some dark gunk built up on the unit after which was dark brown, but I think this just may have been some long time grit stuck to my teeth? as it was also on the inside where you need a mirror to see. Because looking at me teeth after first use, and they look WAY better than before, and I don't see any signs of blood. Even getting water in my mouth to swish and get out anything left after using the unit.... Generally for me, after brushing with an OG toothbrush, even the softest ones, I would bleed. This unit did NOT make me bleed. Which is a huge plus. I can't wait to continue to use this product as it really simplifies brushing.A lot of people complain "but it doesn't brush your tongue" well most people who are ANAL about brushing their mouths, don't brush their tongue, they scrap it. So you are gonna have to do that step anyway.... As far as whitening, I don't know, my Tom's Toothpaste I have now is "rapid relief sensitive" and I will pick up whitening later on when I have gotten back in the groove of having a clean mouth.

Ordered two kits and in both kits, the 'foaming' toothpaste was defective ... it doesn't foam; this is contrary to what I have seen in videos of the product. As such, the liquid toothpaste doesn't adhere to the mouthpiece and is therefore ineffective. I have complained to Amazon and I believe that replacement product is on the way but I haven' seen it yet. I would stay away from this product.

It’s a very interesting product, but definitely does not replace your regular toothbrush. I decided that it would be fine to use before bed, because that is when I’m tired and a little “hit and miss” with the regular toothbrush anyways. It’s easy to use while getting pjs on, etc.I had to return because mine stopped working after 3 days, and I elected to not bother getting a new one. Back to my manual for a while until this technology gets a bit better.

Ok, 3 stars because I just got it today. I will update this review as I continue using it.Because it was mentioned in some of the other reviews THIS DOES COME WITH THE CHARGER. And you can see it in on of my box opening pictures.Because the brussel mouth piece is just one size, it fit my average sized mouth fine. But I could see how someone with a large jaw it wouldn't cover all their teeth. I am going to use the tooth paste that came with this for this week, then go back to my prescription fluoride toothpaste after this week.On brush setting, if it makes your noise tickle a bit to much, just place your finger on your upper lip. That should help with the vibration.Initial tought is this is a great option for someone who was not already brushing for a full 2 min.4 days of use: still agree with my initial thought, this is a great option for someone who has issues not brushing for 2 whole minutes. But I did want to add.----You can remove the mouth piece from the vibration/light unit. Always remove the mouth piece from the unit when cleaning the mouth piece under water.----After one week I didn't notice a lot of change in whiteness, but I will continue using the mouth piece in place of a tooth brush because of the ease of use. I have continued flossing sense I first got the product and definitely recommend that you don't use this in place of flossing. But it seems to do a good job as a tooth brush replacement that is less attention requiring.

So I actually saw first this on Instagram and was highly intrigued. I'm all about clean and white teeth, and new innovative products that cater to that so I gave this a try. OK first use - IMPRESSED! My teeth literally feel like I came from the dentist! I already have a sonic toothbrush, which works great, but there are areas where I feel still gets missed. The mouthpiece on this device gets ALL those nooks and cranny's. The best part - is the whitening. I'm such a heavy coffee and tea drinker so I need all the daily help I can get. I instantly saw brightness in my teeth!! The toothpaste it comes with is amazing. I'm a huge fan of foaming toothpastes that actually leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean. Ok another best part - is the hands free feature. I'm so busy in the mornings that I have to do more than one thing at the same time. I leave this in my mouth while I tone and moisturize my face. I meannn..who doesn't love the efficiency of getting things done! I HIGHLY recommend this product. It's really the next big thing in the oral care world.
