If you come across my seller feedback you will note my disappointment with this experience. However, in fairness, I don't believe it would be right to ignore the positive updates. After my initial frustration with the company, and Amazon involving themselves with their guarantee, the issue I had encountered was resolved. This did prolong the completion of the furniture for a few weeks, which was a constant reminder of the aggravation as the nightstand sat in pieces on our bedroom. Overall, after the set was completed, I will say it does look nice, and if it weren't for the dreadfully bad experience with customer service, I might be rating this higher. One bit of advice if you do purchase this set: the two kickers for the nightstands are "interchangeable" (one will be used as a horizontal bracer toward the rear of the nightstand and is not visible, and the other will be the one facing out at the front), however the dresser only has one kicker. So, if you want all three pieces to match on the bottom, make sure you match them before constructing any of the furniture.
