If you love larger electronics this is the case
It is a great case. It was kind of heavy getting into the overhead bin but I love that it fits the larger iPad Pro and my large lap top.

Fantastic Bag for carrying multiple laptops
Work+ personal laptop/ipad and chargers make the backpack heavy. As I was looking at options, this one has the best options and is really well made. A bit on the expensive side. It does not fit under the Seat so its a overhead bag if you are travelling, that is the only drawback.

Best decision EVER
Absolutely the best decision I made for exactly what I was looking for. Perfect size, works with precision for movements close to you when going thru the airport. Just perfect!

Poor quality and not honouring warranty.
Quite possibly the worst customer service several of my colleagues and I have ever encountered. They are unreachable and continuously refuse to honour warranty.In the past one would buy a TUMI product because of the excellent quality and generous warranty, which provided peace of mind.Nowadays the products are of poor quality and break or fail after a short period of use. Then warranty claims get rejected.I paid just under $1100 for this bag. When the zipper failed after two years, due to a manufacturing issue, they said “we can’t repair it and we won’t replace it”.It's sad to see how a once famous brand got destroyed by greedy management.People had warned me not to buy from them, I wished I had listened to their advise.There are many better alternatives out there now.

Why is one of the zipper handle missing? It's in the inside corner close to telescopic handle side.

An absolute waste of storage space
Tumi has some great luggage, but not this one. With the dimensions, you should be able to pack a 2 laptops, connectors and a change of clothing. Not even close. Should be able to open up the compartments wider to access, and store stuff....but no. For me, it was a total waste of money.
