It is the best laptop case I ever owned…I love it.

I love Tumi products. Well-designed and well-built.

This product is excellent. It is exactly what I needed - lots of pockets and internal capacity for all of my tech and work papers.

Tumi makes solid products. This bag, unfortunately, is way too heavy.

It is a great case. It was kind of heavy getting into the overhead bin but I love that it fits the larger iPad Pro and my large lap top.

Work+ personal laptop/ipad and chargers make the backpack heavy. As I was looking at options, this one has the best options and is really well made. A bit on the expensive side. It does not fit under the Seat so its a overhead bag if you are travelling, that is the only drawback.

Quite possibly the worst customer service several of my colleagues and I have ever encountered. They are unreachable and continuously refuse to honour warranty. In the past one would buy a TUMI product because of the excellent quality and generous warranty, which provided peace of mind. Nowadays the products are of poor quality and break or fail after a short period of use. Then warranty claims get rejected. I paid just under $1100 for this bag. When the zipper failed after two years, due to a manufacturing issue, they said “we can’t repair it and we won’t replace it”. It's sad to see how a once famous brand got destroyed by greedy management. People had warned me not to buy from them, I wished I had listened to their advise. There are many better alternatives out there now.

Absolutely the best decision I made for exactly what I was looking for. Perfect size, works with precision for movements close to you when going thru the airport. Just perfect!
