Will this charge a Lenovo Think pad?

It has an AC plug. So via that plug, you would be able to provide power to any standard laptop. It does not have barrel adapter plugs for various laptops (i.e. you need the laptop's "power brick", plugged into the AC plug of this device).

Has anybody used it for a spectra breastpump?

I had another brand of power bank that had an A/C outlet. The wife brought it everywhere to use her breast pump. It worked great!

Has anyone flown with this charger? will it make it through security? tsa approved?

I'm sure that this is considered a "Larger lithium ion" type device and if you open it up, it probably contains multiple 3.7V Li-Ion batteries (probably 18650). The listing shows "Lithium Metal" but this cannot be correct as this is a rechargeable device. The correct FAA link is https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe/resources/media/Airline_passengers_and_batteries.pdf. It states "101-160 watt hours3 per battery—with airline approval".
