Excellent, good painting work , thickness good, overall-- dekhte hi man khush ho Gaya.Rest will come to know after use of few months. Just received, note : it's in single peice or no joint in pot,excellent, must buy , value for money using last few months found very useful and it will not get tarnished from outside, even more clean inside also, add after few months of usages found excellent quality

It looks good. The tap is not leaking unlike I was mentionedin the other reviews. Only problem is that it is dented in several places.

Hi,I have used this product, it is very Good. i would suggest to provide extra spindle with it.i have a maintenance issue, after using a while the tap started dripping(could not do much about it for a long time due and stayed in my store), when I tried to fix it, the spare parts Tap or spindle ( not available in the market) and it is sitting idle, unused in the store.can you provide the spare parts please ?

I am disppointed not just with the product but with the complete indiffernce with Indian Art Villa is operaring. Spoils the name of the country.Almost every review and every question raises concern on the Tap quality of this product.I tool a chance hoping any genuine manufacturer should easily fix somrthing as basic and critical as a tap in a Water Dispenser.Received the product (13 Ltr, Design 102) today and was appalled to see the design and quality of the Tap.It was a brass / steel tap, left loose with the container and not fixed. There is no reason why the compnay cannot deliver this with a properly fixed tap. Clearly the intent is to push a faulty product to customers despite repeat complaints.The Tap has thread wound on the rear side of it (on top of the metal threads carved on the Tap) and a round plastic washer is probided. The Tap body diameter is so much smaller than the hole provide in the container. It's ridiculous to even imagine that any amount of coutton thread or a single plastic washer can hold the heavy metal Tap in its placeIt's a completed design flaw together with the callous approach of the company to deliberately not fix it. Beyond my comprehension.As is this was not enough, the unit that I got (design 102, beauriful design & colour - differentiator of this brand) was a USED DENTED SCRATCHED piece, I am sure Returned by N number of customers and passed on to me in the Company's attempt to get lucky with a Customer calmy accepting it.More than anything this company should be boycotted out of Amazon for their own reputation.Having read the reviews, assessed pros n cons , order and experienced the pathetic outcome, this product just does not deserve 4/5.Fellow consumers pls correct your rating reviews and help future buyers with a true feedback.

Copper quality good. Design n printing is fine. Print defused at curves of lid but fine. Tap needs a lot improvement. It should be halh turn tap instead of threaded on.

Very nice product. Little dented but not an issue . Same design as shown. Loved it...
