I have been taking this for about a year. Sometimes I buy the singles, sometimes 2 in a pack. I take it first thing every morning with coffee. It has really helped with dry eyes n I have recommended to others. Take as instructed and stick to it for results. Based on research, I read that it can lower blood sugar, so if you are diabetic on insulin use with caution. Don't want sugar levels dropping too low. A good supplement for dry eyes!!

Excellent treatment for dry eyes. Been using this supplement for years, I can always tell when I miss a dose.

After taking for about 30 days tear production improved from almost none and extremely dry eyes (drops hardly helped) to fair tear production. My eyes no longer feel gritty all day long. I have ordered more and will continue to to take for the noticeable improvement.

With RA have extremely dry eyes Prescription drops and eye lid wash didn’t work. Numerous otc drops either don’t help or make worse.Using this and rubbing castor oil onto lids nightly for months now and doing much better. May have to use 2 tabs a day to start and get down to one daily. Also for months dropped castor oil directly into eyes before bed now only using on the lid. It was worth it.

Nothing worked.This is not an overnight remedy. After about 3 weeks I noticed that I needed less drops. And now I hardly need them at all. My eyes make tears. What a victory for me who had severe dry eye.
