Can I use this to put schleral contacts in?

Not sure. I would think it has a large enough surface on the plunger to work for both regular gas permeable and schleral lenses. It works very well for my regular leness.

How do I use to put in lense?

These mini plungers are used only for removing the lens from your eye. It works best if you put a drop of contact lens fluid in the concave cup and then gently open your eyelid and use the plunger to safely suction the lens out.
