Hudson Exchange 5 Liter Hedpak Container with Cap, HDPE, Natural, 4 Pack

I travel with my dogs a lot. That means I carry a lot of water in the car. I previously used gallon milk jugs or similar -- but the shape of these allows them to fit better into my car and allows me to carry more water in the same space. The cap is adequate, the handle is comfortable, and so far they seem indestructible.

When I'm on a road trip in my camper van, I need additional water storage that is *smart* storage. I bought the set of four instead of one big container because I'm storing it in the back in an area that's not super easy to move stuff around in. It's easy to take out one at a time. I bought the ones without the spout so I don't have to worry about accidental leaks. I did buy extra spouts, though, so I can just switch them out when I'm using them one at a time. Just nice to have on hand so I don't have to use the 7-gallons tank I have under my sink and have it run out faster because I drink a lot of water. So happy to have found these. Will update after continuous use, with photos.

I used this for three years camping. It's durable and a great size to tuck behind my Jeep seats. I bought another one as I liked it so much. Highly recommend

We bought this container because of its slim design. It fits perfectly under the bathroom sink in our RV. It’s perfect when adding water to the toilet after it’s cleaned.

We ordered two and they fit perfectly and does not leak. The bottles are very strong also

Nice and narrow and easy to store but not sturdy. Will tip over easily and a bit difficult to pour without spilling.

This is the perfect size for convenient carrying, indoor maneuvering, and storage. The plastic is thick, sturdy, and flexible.I also have a seven gallon blue Reliance Products Aqua-Tainer; it's awkward to carry, extremely heavy, and bubbly shaped in a way that makes it less space-efficient. If I could, I'd consider replace it with several of these. That would be expensive, though, so if you're looking to store much more than five liters total you'd save money by using something at least twice this size.I deducted one star because this container's sides started to bulge slightly after repeated use and transport. I can imagine that being a problem for tight storage situations, but it hasn't caused me any trouble yet and it seems structurally sound.

Loved this so much I ordered two more. Sturdy, well-made, better quality than I expected. It's perfect. I use one as a urine collector (emergencies) for my small Plymouth van camper conversion, and the other two for water. They are narrow, but hold a lot. Perfect for fitting into small spaces like I have in my van. They're amazing. Am going to order two more...one for water in my small apartment size fridge, and the other for when I go sailing. They fit anywhere!!

This is a good size and serves our purpose. It is a bit narrow but we were looking for something very narrow. Overall, we are happy with it and thought it was good value.

Advertised as heavy-duty HDPE, this only has a HDPE 2 rating - nowhere close to the 4 or 5 grade required to masterbatch NaOH solution for soap-making. Also note, the container is very thin (width = 67 mm) so while it will slot into a narrow area with supports on either side, standing on its own produces wobble.Interesting-looking container, but it’s pretty much useless for my needs, and when it’s priced at over $20, I’d have to have more $$ than sense to keep it around. Back it goes.
