Simple, plug and play 16 port switch.Metal case.Includes rack mount kit which fit my rack perfectlyThe RJ-45 connectors support the shield connection for shielded Cat-6 or Cat-7 cables if you need them.

the rack mount extension was short i had to use wire tie to one side any one else run into this problemother wise no complains.
