This item was exactly as you see it and solid and heavy, so it seems to be strong. I am not too sure if i like the cover part. cannot say what its main purpose is, because it partly covers tp. I am guessing its to hold down paper firmly. My only disappointment was when i saw "made in china". i am wondering if the colour is going to change. Generally i think it is a good buy and i do like it

Cheapest piece of crap!! A HUGE pain to install
Cheapest piece of crap!! A HUGE pain to install. The arms were loose, i had to take apart and install my own washer to hold screw into place. Every time i change out the roll of toilet paper it completely shifts the entire holder. You get what you pay for.. they look so cheap and tacky.

good product for the price
Very happy with this product for the price. Easy to install,looks good plus is keeping our puppy from destroying the toilet paper. It arrived in a timely manner, all the pieces included with no damaged parts. I would recommend.
