I have a friend who collects insect pins, but I did not think she had a Cicada pin. The colors in the picture were so beautiful and the cost was very affordable for a friend's gift. The pin was absolutely beautiful when I received it, so I was not disappointed at all. When I gave it to my friend, she loved it and loved the colors. She wore it the next time we played Bridge and it looked very nice on her outfit.

It's so beautiful and for such a low price.
As a kid I grew up looking for and collecting the shells that cicadas left behind when they hatched out. It is one of my fondest memories. When I saw the pin and how beautiful it looked I really wanted to have it as a physical reminder of a wonderful childhood. For the price I wasn't sure of the quality. I was very pleased that it has the quality and look of expensive jewelry. I've been in "stay at home" mode and not going anywhere to wear it, but once I feel comfortable in going out in public I can't wait to show it off. Thank you!! Stay safe and well. <3

Great pin for the price!
Very pretty cicada pin. Not too big, not too small. A good reminder of "2024 - the year of the cicada" It is a bit tricky to put it on because the back is hollow and that causes it to wobble. I simply put a tissue behind the pin to secure it from wobbling. A minor inconvenience since it is so pretty, unique and inexpensive.

Pretty for the year of the cicada
Got this because it's supposed to be a big year for Cicadas and this is very unique and eye-catching. Nice cloisonne aspect to it. Good polish and sparkle.
