It is tall enough to add plants under it, a flameless candles looks awesome, a piece of statuary or just leave it as is to show its own beauty. The bell jar glass is quite substantial and is 12-1/2 inches tall x 7 inches in diameter with a large knob on top for easy removal from the base. The beautiful base is made from a high gloss hand glazed ceramic piece that is heavy and beautiful and neutral enough to add to any décor. The dried sage color is actually a muted beige and it also has pads on the bottom to prevent scratching of a table or floor. Together they make a magnificent piece to add to any room or patio room in your home. This could be used outdoors in warmer climates and protected areas. The base is 9-1/2 in diameter.
