Easy to install

Got this to replace a second belt on a maytag after the first replacement one started to stretch and fall off. So far it seems fine, I'll update this if anything changes.

Not the correct belt for OEM replacement
The belt did not fit. The belt measures 21.25 inches in length but should be 21.9 inches per the OME belt specifications thus will not fit on the washer. Do not order.

It fit our small, obscure washer and works!
After taking apart our small/obscure washing machine apart, we found that most stores don’t sell washer parts. We were please to find this belt. It arrived in time to fix our washer before vacation laundry needed to be done. It was easy to install and worked to solve our squeaky washer problem. While most repair people told us it was the barring, it was obvious that our belt was bad and this did the trick.

Doesn’t fit Stackable Kenmore W/D
It could be a great belt on the right machine. However, it’s not the right diameter or thickness to replace the Kenmore Stackable Washer & Dryer (Model # 2661532) with original belt #228C2115 P003.

Good value
Installed on a 3-year-old Whirlpool washer two-person household. Belt slipping not spinning fast, clothes coming out wet, old belt rolled off easily. This is a serpentine belt, the pulley on the motor is metal an grooved to match belt. The pulley on the drum is plastic/smooth finish (no grooves). Used scotch pad to clean & scuff up plastic pulley, clean metal pulley too, you want the belt to grip good. Do yourself a favor and remove one motor bolt loosen the other, that will give you adjustment to get new belt on. Pry motor back over put bolt back in and tighten both. Not real difficult if you can turn wrenches.
