Replacement Battery Compatible for IP X with Free Repair Tools Kit and Adhesive

After installing, battery charged one time, then discharged and would not charge again. I tried in second device, but it would not charge at all. Old batter worked fine in both devices, so it's clear this is a very poor quality battery. I can't figure out how to claim any warranty, so just have to recommend against this.

Didn't provide the correct tools. You need to remove some tri wing screws but they only give you tools with 4 sides.

Didn't fit inside the phone because of the connection made too high.
