Perfect!
I got my Baby Blue yesterday. Soon as I pulled him out of the container, which was VERY well insulated I might add, he was active and trying to pinch at me through the bag. I acclimated him and put him in my twenty gallon I had set up for him(I hope to have a thirty gallon for him someday, or move him to my 55 gal). He zoomed in and then hid in his cave. He came out to see me this morning and to eat. He's shy, but that's to be expected for now. He's a nice light blue, nothing wrong with him anywhere, and he's already full of attitude for a one and a half inch baby. It was three days late getting here, but that was fully the fault of the delivery service and not yours! The plants were a lovely bonus and likely provided him extra oxygen and even food, as well as the snail that was in there though he didn't eat it. Thank you so much for sending me such a lovely crayfish, he's perfect and I look forward to caring for him and watching him grow. I've wanted to own a pet crayfish since I was little and since I had a tank open after moving my platies out I finally decided to go for it! Had to make it crayfish home-like and lower the temp a bit first, and make sure it stayed stable well before ordering one. After one night, he's already walking around the tank to investigate and he's just so cute! Thank you again, I doubt you will have trouble with your business since you have such lovely critters to sell with good quality packaging and animals that look well cared for. *ADD* I'd like to add an update for you, it's now March 8th, I got him around Feb 24-25th or so, he's shed twice since I've had him and has -almost- doubled in size from the inch and a half or so that he was to near three inches. I did not know they could grow so fast. His color is already darker, and he's just loving life demolishing the plants in the tank and making a name for himself, and enjoying the snails for breakfast most days when I turn on the lights. =) I will absolutely buy from you guys again if I find something I want or need.

His name is Bruce Lee...
This guy is a baby! I was not expecting such a little guy, maybe the size of one of my shrimp! But that doesn't bother me a bit, he is really cute and has a big personality! He is a nice pale blue at the moment, I am sure he will brighten as he continues to grow. Molted within the first 24hours and happily went to work building a little cave for himself under the driftwood, but now after a few days has decided to reside in the castle (better choice if you ask me!) He arrived happy and healthy; upon putting him into the tank he was a bit upset. When one of my Dojo loaches approached to see what he was all about, he grabbed a hold of one of her whiskers with is tiny claw to show her he wasn't to be messed with. So it was decided; Bruce Lee and the Dojos, training the Shrimps.

These are not blue they are mud brown with a little gray. He told me they would turn blue after it molted. It has molted several times and is brown. Buyer beware

He's my new favorite!
I was really worried when I picked up the box from my driveway where my passive aggressive mail carrier left it. I noticed some water damage to the corner of the box, but, hoped it was just from being left in the muddy driveway. Unfortunately, when I got it opened, I saw the insulation was soaked, and very cold (it was a very cod week here, in the teens). I looked in the deflated baggie, and had little hope, but, I had to check. As I tried to un-vacuum the bag from around him, I saw a hopeful claw twitch. I quickly floated his bag, and tried to mix his water with mine. To my surprise, once I released him, he shot away into my tank and was surprisingly active in exploring his new home. Within a few days, he actually molted his shell! His coloring is already brighter, and I just know he's going to be gorgeous when he's more grown. I love watching him scoot around the tank floor, cleaning up and just looking around. He's awesome when I feed them, as he rears up on his tail and flails his claws around trying to catch the flakes. He's just so cute! I am very pleased with my critter purchases, and, I look forward to buying another crayfish or two when I get some more snails, too. My biggest issue is deciding whether to get the other color or not! **I also want to note that I don't think it was InvertObsession's negligence for the bag bursting. I do a lot of shopping on Amazon, and I live in a very rural area at the end of a long dirt driveway. I also have a lazy mail carrier who seems quite put out when my orders go through USPS and she has to come down the driveway and get out of her car. I think it was her rough handling of the package that caused the bag to burst and leak inside the packing box.**

I want to give these guys 10 stars!!!!
I was so worried about ordering live critters online... I mean really? Who does that? Well, me apparently. The first order resulted in a disaster which I blame my mailman for... mainly because it was entirely his fault. But, the way David handled this blew me away. Their customer service at InvertObsession is second to none. Fast and open and friendly answers and help from the first moment that I contacted them. I was soooo happy with how he took care of this problem that I went and ordered a second second blue crayfish before I even had the first one. And wow... Was that ever the right move. These guys are SOOO cute! This morning I threw in an algae tablet and one of the crayfish grabbed it and ran off with it!!! We were all dying laughing at him. So greedy! This is going to be hours and hours of entertainment for me. I love these two little guys... one found a way to get into a big rock in the tank but he appears very quickly at eating time! David is so awesome and his crayfish are super awesome and arrived well packaged and happy to have a home :)

Two Thumbs up!
My Crayfish arrived in the mail today. He's healthy looking but a little freaked out. The shipment took a while longer than I thought, but after all, he is shipping a live animal across the country so it may take a while arrive. The packaging was very extensive and I was a bit surprised to see that it was compost insilation (not dryer lint) and in a small coffee cup. But, overall the service was great and the crayfish arrived in perfect shape, and I even got a little plant with it. I would reccomend this seller and his product if you're looking for something interesting for your tank and okay with spending a bit of money.

LOVE our Electric Blue Crayfish!
So we've had our Electric Blue Crayfish for about 3 weeks now. "He" arrived VERY well packaged and in great shape w/ the supply of food that I had ordered, as well as some extra live moss packaged in the box. Very pleased w/ the care taken to get him to us safely! We put him into our 20 gallon tank that also contains 2 Dwarf Gourami's, and they seem to all "get along" well. Upon arrival, his color was a little pale, which is normal from the stress of the shipping from what I've read, but his color actually returned pretty quickly. He was about 2 inches in length upon arrival, however he molted for the first time about a week ago, and he is now a very vibrant blue and has added probably another half inch. He is QUITE the character, and we find ourselves sitting around the tank many days watching him, especially at feeding time. He is not shy, and will sometimes come to the glass of the tank and almost appear to spend as much time staring at us as we do at him. We'll find him wandering around the tank, crawling up the plants and structures, or chasing the fish away from his food with his claws waving about. He has cleared out the area underneath one of the features in our tank, and makes himself comfortable there. He can be pretty quick when it comes to food, and the fish know to maintain their distance when he's out and about, but I could easily see how a slower fish could quickly become a snack. We are VERY happy with this purchase, and would not hesitate to come back in the future for other purchases from InvertObsession! Thanks again for the great product and service!

Started out pretty cool. Always scootin around and stuff
Started out pretty cool. Always scootin around and stuff. But then she had a bunch of eggs so I moved her to another tank by herself. I think she started eating her eggs because they started disappearing. So I moved her back to the aquarium. Now she just stays hidden under a rock all the time. I think it's dying. But she sure looks cool!!!
