Not fit for purpose and you'll loose your Fitbit
I received my strap and it looked great. However when I went to put it on my Fitbit I noticed it didn't clip into place as per my original strap. Before leaving the house with it, I thought I'd give it a trial wear. Within a few minutes the strap had popped off and my Fitbit was on the floor, luckily not damaged. But if this had happened outside, I can pretty much guarantee I wouldn't have noticed and lost the Fitbit itself.Due to the positive reviews, I thought I may of got a bad one, so I got in touch with Hanlesi. Below is what happened21st October 2017Email from Olivia apologising and asking for a video or pictures - I sent a video of it happening.24th October 2017Olivia confirmed a replacement was being sent to me.26th October 2017New strap received and the same thing was happening. I asked if I could have a refund and that I would return both straps. An unnamed person replied back, apologising again and said I would receive a full refund and I could keep the straps (not that they were much use) and to keep an eye out for the refund.3rd November 2017I emailed informing them that no refund had been received and I’ve not heard back since. If I’d received my refund, this review would not have been posted, as the issue would have been resolved and I would not have been out of pocked. At the end of the day it’s only £10, but how many people have had issues and been promised a refund, but not received and not said anything. This is purely a warning, you may have a good experience as most seem to have, but it you have issues, you’ll not get a refund, just another strap that isn’t fit for purpose.

Great product!
I love FitBit - the charge 2 is my 3rd & I have the scale as well. I am unfortunately not a huge fan of their solid strap with the 'clunky' buckle. I had this Hanlesi Strap for my Blaze as well. I love how flat it sits against my wrist & the breathable holes on my arm means the sweat doesn't gather under the strap when at gym. This strap doesn't need 'breaking in' for it to become soft / comfortable / flexible - it does that straight out of the packaging which is another bonus for me. The ONLY 'negative' I have is that with everyday wear of sleeves pulling over my watch, it has taken some of the black off the strap on the left and right just above & below the screen and is exposing the grey base - but not enough for me to complain or get rid of it. It's my exercise/every day strap anyway & for that purpose it is functioning 100%

Comfortable but not durable
Fits well and is more comfortable than the original. However, after just a week the black is rubbing off of the edges and revealing blue underneath so not very durable

Best band we have had.
Brought this for my wife to replace the one she split. She loves it. Allows the wrist to breath and she hardly knows she is wearing it. The design of this is great and she will be looking at getting some more colours.

Colour rubs leaving patchiness, not quality.
The strap is nice and softer than the original bands, but the colour rubs off within a week to show horrible patchiness. Seller said it was just the batch and sent me another, but the same thing happened again, so really bad quality. Highly do not recommend

Great item for the price
Great item for the price. I had my fitbit for some months before I bought this strap. The one supplied with the fitbit doesn't allow your wrist to breathe and in turn starts to hold a real funky smell, even when you give it a wash it doesn't seem to budge. The smell was so bad at times I would take my fitbit off all together.Since I have had this strap I have been able to wear my fitbit 24/7. It's probably more comfortable than the original fitbit strap and it doesn't hold a smell. The strap can be a little bit difficult to close at first but you get used to it.Considering fitbit have their own range selling for £25, this is definitely a cheaper alternative but the product doesn't feel cheap at all. The only downside is the rubber does come away to reveal the grey underneath but that doesn't bother me too much.

Bad design of the bi-color one
The strap has a nice looks and feel (at least when it's new... see below) and it's very easy to close and adjust (way better than the original fitbit strap, which personally I hate).Unfortunately after few months of usage, the black coating around my strap got all worn out and now you can see patches of the blue one underneath (see pictures). To be honest, i wouldn't buy the two colors one, because you end up with a not nice looking strap. I will have to buy a new one.

Funky band - sadly doesn’t look so good on teeny wrists
This is a great looking funky strap but for me it doesn’t work as although it’s adjustable it doesn’t look good on a tiny female wrist as it doesn’t sit right (my wrists are 10.3cm /5” at narrowest point so aren’t the norm) Should be fine for most wrists. It sticks out at sides on me with a gap each side, so standard ones work better for me but I love the different colour options and edgy look.
