And honestly, that says everything. We decided to buy the Used copies (when you’re buying multiple books, it makes sense), and I was a little cautious — but I shouldn’t have been. The book arrived in excellent condition. Clean, no damage, no bent corners, no surprises. I even filmed a quick video when it arrived — and that could have been the whole review right there. It looked great. So if you’re hesitating about ordering Used — based on my experience, don’t worry. Now about the real reason for this review. Reading used to be “something we had to do.” It was part of the routine. A task. Now? We drive about 20 minutes to and from school every day, and instead of asking for music or a screen, he grabs this book. And I sit in the front seat hearing him laugh in the back. Honestly? That sound is better than any radio station. As someone who works in a school, I also see what kids choose during free time. And I can tell you — many of them reach for this series. Not because they’re forced to. Because they want to. His reading speed improved. His confidence improved. But most importantly — his attitude toward reading changed. These books don’t make kids read. They make kids want to read. And for me as a parent — that’s everything.

Great gift for a 7 yr old boy
Wrecking ball -WimpyKid #14. Grandson has read this numerous times and finds it entertaining each time.

Diary of a wimpy kid is peak. This book is not like the six or seven but of the later ones it is good.

Good buy
I'm not too familiar with the diary of a wimpy kid novels, however my 9 year old son is obsessed. It took him a couple days to get through this novel, he has already requested another book from the series. I gave 4 stars because as much as I am satisfied with the purchase. I have purchased a couple books from Amazon and their a little bit damaged. Parts of the books were bent leaving white lines on the novel itself. I would advise better management of books when shipping.
