Rockford Fosgate P3 Shallow 8-Inch Subwoofer Grill

The last piece! Finally it’s all done, grill looks fantastic and it’s a perfect fit. Here are some pics of my project on a Lexus rx450h

It is strong and actually fits the P2 as well and I definitely feel a lot safer with this sub in my trunk now!!!🙏💯

I thought this was really overpriced... at first. This thing is heavy duty. So is the ring that my fosgate sub came with. I had to use a rubber mallet to sort of force the ring and grill into the stock sub box in my Jeep. It was a really tight fit, and when done, not a mark or ding was left on the ring or grill. Of course I tried to avoid hitting the grill, but man -- it is built really well. I feel super confident that my sub is safe when I throw stuff in back of my Jeep now.

I’ve had this RF speaker box for years. I finally replaced the speaker with a high quality RF speaker and wanted it to be protected. This was exactly what I wanted and fit exactly as it should. Highly recommend.

Received mine yesterday for my Rockford Fosgate P3SD4-12. I already had the sub and ring installed. I took off the ring and put the grill on and it looks great. It's seems to be more sturdy than most grills that I've handled. It should provide adequate protection from anything flying off of my seat in the back of my truck.
