Exact texture that I want
It’s the kind of glutinous rice that I have been looking for, which stays soft and nice a while after cooked (steamed). It smells nice but not as strong as other sweet or sushi rice. The shape of the grains remain the same when steamed.In general, I like it. Will try it with different dishes.
