Inspirational. Get this for young women looking to be engineers.

I'm a grad student. And I was thrilled to realize that I didn't really have any peers or role models at my new school. My little brother, being the amazing support that he is, got me this book for Christmas. I put it on the shelf in my office and every time I get discouraged, I read a page. So far it really helps. It is wonderful hearing about all the ladies approaches to specific situations. It's also nice to read them so that when I get into the field, if I face something similar - I have an idea of what I could do. One of the biggest things I've noticed so far is that many of the women attribute their ability to listen as part of their success. This book is a total life-saver.
