Wonderful product. Lovely scent and keeps baby well moisturized.Been using this creme on my children and now also on my grandbaby.

Too strong, gave my baby (2 mo) a rash. Our ped read the ingredients and asked us to stop. Maybe works for older babies where the skin Is not as sensitive. The product itself smells just amazing & very easy to put on. It also comes in a nice tin.

I love this. Its a necessity for me in the winter. Nothing chaps or is dry with this. Its heavy so you might need to mix it with something so it can spread easier.

This stuff is like magic. Always clears a diaper rash quickly!!

Kaufmann's Haut und Kinder Creme is an essential in Germany. It is creamier than Vaseline and is scented like Chamomile,(which I believe is one of its many ingredients) For dry cracked hands, it is remarkably healing, especially if applied overnight while wearing gloves. For babies it is healing and protective for diaper rash. Put on a light coating after a shower, while your skin is still moist, it softens without a greasy residue.
