Very helpful! My dog is a rescue from Romania, who is allergic to every meat except venison, he can also eat eggs. My vet referred me to a nutritionist who charged me £200 for a useless diet which consisted of six ingredients and a really expensive supplement it was going to cost £150 a month to feed him. I wanted my dog to get most of his nutrients naturally. This book has helped me learn what my dog requires. My vet has told me I know more about dog nutrition than she does because of all the research I’ve done!I’ve no intention of making my dog vegan as dogs are predators and have big pointy teeth for a reason but this book really helped making sure I give him a complete balanced diet.
