These are quite delicious and, honestly, better than I expected. They have a fairly mild "buffalo style" flavor and are not very spicy, but they have really good texture, each square bite is about1.5-inches square, and they're surprisingly good. They're an excellent substitute for beef-based jerky snacks.

Not as good as I expected. Won't buy again especially at their price. I expected a premium product.

The bites are disgusting and absolutely taste like dog food. From the texture to the flavor. I've had the strips I guess and that didn't give that sensation but these do

Five of us tried this, and we all thought it was pretty good. Tastes a lot like ordinary beef jerky (except not quite as good). The bites are soft and chewy without being tough. I would say they taste more sweet than spicy. Each bag is snack-sized, and generally a person would open a bag and eat the whole thing. Two ounces of food and 140 calories for a snack is about right, and that's what each bag contains. So at over $8/bag, that's a pretty expensive snack. If you want this to add a few protein bites to your kid's lunch, it might be a little more affordable in the long run. It also contains sugar so it's not compliant with a lot of the challenge diets like Whole 30, and although the bag claims to have "no added MSG," what they mean is that there's no MSG other than what's in the dried celery powder, which is a natural source of MSG and the way products like this can claim they're not "adding" MSG. The just "added" celery powder, because it contains MSG. Sneaky! If money were no object, I might buy this again, because my family does like it. For my money, though, I'd rather get South African beef jerky: Kalahari Biltong, which is the most delicious jerky product I've tried with no sugar. But if you are looking for a specifically chicken-based product and don't mind the exorbitant cost, this one is tasty.

It is my favorite beef jerky in regard to flavor and taste. It also doesn’t stick in your teeth as much other brands!

They look kind of like dog treats, but whatever, that's not really a concern. What's disappointing is the flavor. I don't really get a lot of the buffalo flavor from these. I mean it's there, but hardly, and for the price, I would have expected a lot more.

If you like spicy with a hint of sweet these are for you! They’re my favorite snack.

These were okay. They didn't look like ther picture nor taste like you'd expected. I didn't taste any apple nor could I barely see any pieces. They were slightly tough too. All I tasted was spice. They're were very hot and spicy.
