I bought this to work along side a diet and running plan. I have to admit I was spectacle as I bought one of these about 10 year ago and to be honest it was a faff to use as you had to put gel over your body and once it ran out i never bought anymore.So upon receiving this the first thing i noticed is how thin and light it is. The package includes the main AB pad that can be used on the waist and back too and the arm/leg pad that can also be used on the shoulders.It comes with 3 main units that are straightforward to use, and also a USB cable for charging.The good thing about this is that it also comes with 12 gel stick on pads and each one can be used up to about 30 times. Looking online replacements can be bought cheap enough too.Anyway once I stuck it to my ab region and turned it on what i felt was weird at first but then became enjoyable like getting a massage. I did find if I moved about it would come loose and then it would become a tad uncomfortable but thats probably because of the hair!I tried it on the arms too but had to take it off as I was on the computer and couldn't control the mouse!!Its still early days but i'm going to try and use this as much as possible. Oh and the good thing about it is its rechargeable.

I bought this because my once tight abdominal muscles have been replaced by wobbliness and I'm tired of grimacing at the mirror. I have health issues and am extremely lazy so I very much doubt I'll ever see the inside of a gym, but I figure that reducing calorific intake, more walking activities with my crazy spaniel, and using this over time will help strengthen the muscles I used to be proud of. It's going to take some time in order to burn off the fat that is currently concealing said muscles, but so far, on using this device I feel a bit of an ache which would indicate it's certainly engaging my abdomen. My favourite thing is that I don't need to replace batteries and that it is light and not at all cumbersome. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens over several months :)

Arrived quickly - well packaged.3 small rechargable via usb units come with it so you can fix to your abs region along with the two for each arm at the same time should you wish.The gel pads seem to stick fairly well with a little hair around the abs region, usual kind of weird feeling to start with but certainly not uncomfortable. Long term results are unknown whether it actually will do anything profound but easy to stick it on whilst watching tv at night etc. Along side gym work - will update with results in a month or so.Overall - nicely presented, usb rechargeable is a great idea, extra gel pads also included. So far so good.

Wasn’t sure if these things work so I purchased this as a bit of a gamble. I’ve used this 4 times a week for 20 mins at a time. After each session it doesn’t feel like the muscles have had a workout, but the next day..... omg!! my body aches, my abs kill like I’ve done over 500 sit ups!! , my arms struggle to lift anything.So I use this as an aid for when I’m not going to the gym.

Okay, so this is a pretty cheap item in this category, I get that. However, for an item of this kind where health/exercise is involved, decent instructions are a must.The instructions that come with this item have few pictures and make almost no sense! It's clear that they haven't been written or checked by someone with a working knowledge of English.For example, under the heading "Usage method" the first sentence is "1) use the body parts that you have used to clean the pads." (What does this mean???) Or how about "do not attach the 'power on' because it can cause shock".Having said that, after one use the product does seem to work fairly well, both on the abs and the smaller pads on the arms also. It also comes with a full set of 12 spare adhesive gel pads to fit over the electrodes, and a USB splitter to charge all three power boxes at once. If you've used similar products before, and don't mind throwing away the useless instructions you might want to give this a try.Hope you've found this review helpful!

When the item arrived I was really impressed with the packaging, it was so light and so smart looking. Everything was packed so neatly and compact I was ready to give 5 stars just for that!When I tried it on, the pads stuck to the body quite well, the sensation was also really nice, like getting a massage.It also charges quite quickly. I guess it's too early to comment on the results, but so far I'm loving it!

Much smaller and neater than I was expecting, compared to an older one we have. The 'stimulators' / devices are compact, and the single USB charges all 3 at once.. no more batteries. The pads are compact too, one for the ABS and two arm pads are comfortable, and stay on well with the sticky gel pads. Enjoying using this unit so far!
