Gluten free, but taste like it’s not
Hardest part of having to go gluten-free is the pasta and the bread. Most pastas have a very mushy texture, and angel hair ( my absolute favorite) it’s hard to find. When I found this at first, I was skeptical until I used it.. you do not know that is gluten-free as you do in most foods. Great texture great taste.

Tastes good buttered or sauced.
With a good marinara sauce, or even with meatballs added, the Banza Pasta is an excellent product when you don't or can't eat wheat pasta.

That was a bust....
Went to use the noodles and realized the internal package hadn't been sealed properly. The box itself was intact with no damage so I'm not able to say what happened. Noodles dropped everywhere though when I removed the package from the box. What I salvaged was about half. But I tossed it all. Not sure what bugs or contamination might have gotten to it. My friend absolutely loves them which is why I wanted to try them. I'll order another one. Can't stand most other low carb "noodles" so wish me luck on the next batch.

Bad delivery methods
Product is great. Delivery is terrible. They send it consistently in a plastic shipping bag and 50% of the noodles are broken by the time I get them.
