Great at stopping leaking seams
This is not a cheap product but does a great job! You get what you pay for and this in the long run will saves the price of the paint and problems. Easy to apply and it bonds well to the aluminum and seals the seams that I had leaking.

Much better than Henrys
High quality product. Works much better than the "standard" products carried by Home Depot or Lowes. Really seals the cracks in a flat roof. Stays flexible and doesn't crack unlike the Henry products. I have coated my roof several times in the last 2 years with Henry 687/587/289/208R and I still have leaks. Gaco roof solved the issues that developed while I was using Henry 687/587/289/208R. After it rains the water "beads up" in the ponding areas coated with Gaco roof.Plan ahead to use the entire container in one day. Once opened it begins to cure.

Great sealant for any roof.
Several years ago I painted my 5% slope, concrete roofs with this before installing solar PV panels. A few scrapes and dings over the years since required fixing, and after cleaning the areas with Gaco cleaner I painted a couple of coats of this. It adhered to the old surface well and I expect it to last. Great stuff!

Very durable and flexible.
I purchased this previously to coat the roof of a 7x14 box trailer in 2020. This is the second purchase and will re-coat the roof due to tree limb that cam down on roof in a storm.
