10 piece makeup brush kit
When I received these makeup brushes, they were all packaged together in a plastic bag. Each brush was inside of it’s own light weight plastic sleeve/wrap. I did not find these plastic sleeves to be suitable for long-term use or storage of these brushes and have found another method of storing them.To date, I have currently tried 5 out of the 10 brushes. I designated one for liquid foundation, one for loose powder, two for blushes, and one for concealer (smaller brush). So far, these brushes seem to be an excellent value for the price. The larger (Kabuki style) brushes are VERY soft and easy to work with. I was very impressed with the quality of the them. They pick up product very well, apply product smoothly and work great for blending. The handles are a great length and thickness to feel comfortable in my hand while applying makeup. I feel that this kit is worth the price just for these brushes. The smaller brushes are still quite soft, but not as soft as the larger brushes in this kit. They seem to be too small to apply my foundations and blushes, but too large to apply my eye shadows. The only use I have found for them so far is for my concealers (they do an okay job with applying concealers), although they may be good for contouring (and I plan to experiment with that at a later date). Currently I am not using these smaller brushes much.In total, the 5 brushes have shed maybe 2 hairs!I would purchase these brushes again for this price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a less-expensive option to Kabuki style makeup brushes.

I am SO excited about this, okay.So a little back ground: So, my best friend has always been good at makeup, since she started wearing it in like, 7th or 8th grade. She always has really nice products from her Ipsy box or whatever she gets, and I kinda get a little jealous, because I personally suck at doing makeup, and even though I've been wearing it just as long as her, I am probably still considered an amatuer. Also, I'm broke kind of all the time and I think the only time I really get brushes is when once in a blue moon I get a new makeup product and the brush that comes with it is what I have to use. The one brush I have is from like 2 or 3 years ago from a local dollar store, and its common for it to kind of fall apart. I could pull the entire bundle of bristles out if I wanted to.So last week or so, I had taken a survey because it was advertised that I'd get $25 to Amazon if I took it. So I took it and obviously I got it and I was super ecstatic and so I came on here, dicked around in the book section, the clothing section, all that stuff, until I realized, I could get some serious makeup with this money(ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧ ✧゚・~*I actually couldn't get what I really wanted (MAC, Nyx, all that good stuff). So, I started looking for things that I could actually afford, and still get the stuff I need.So it was a toss up between this and another set of brushes, but this one had free shipping or cheaper shipping than the other one (the other one had 12 and the brushes were pretty much priced at a dollar each, but the shipping was like $5 I was like LAWL no.)So I got this one. I was super worried however, that they were going to be lame and basic and falling apart when I got them, so I took it with a grain of salt.Grain of salt not needed.I absolutely love them. They're soft, they feel good in your hand, they're sturdy, I'm seriously obsessed. One thing that you should take note though is that there is only one rather larger eyeshadow brush. Don't mistake the small ones for eyeshadow brushes. That's literally my only half-of-a-complaint at all, but I knew what I was going for. If you're a beginner these are great. If you're not a beginner, these are great. I love them. I just love them.If you even take minimal care of them, they should be perfectly fine. Minimal care being don't deliberately try to ruin them.I just took one of the brushes and tried to pry the brush part off. It didn't budge.A1 s*** right here.

Perform as GOOD as my VERY expensive ( Mac, Sigma) and you can't beat the price!! Only 1 quick fix needed!!!!
Great price for these brushes. I got a silver set for my Daughter & a gold set for myself. We did have some handles come loose & fall off of 3 on one set & 4 on the other. There's a great review on top of here that will explain how you can easily fix this issue! A hot glue gun, & a bit inside and the handle will be tight on them forever! I knew this when I purchased them, so it wasn't a problem . For the price of these, the quality is great and you get a lot of different sizes, shapes. It's well worth it. But don't expect to pay $10-$12 for a bunch of decent quality brushes & get upset that the handles come loose. It's an easy cheap fix & you'll have great brushes for a few dollars! Like she said, when you get them, wiggle the handles until they come off & fix it permanently with the hot glue gun. That way your not in the middle of getting ready to go out, putting on your foundation, concealer and it comes off and your pissed! Lol - They are really soft, I've had NO shedding with either set. Or so minimal that I didn't take notice. They wash well, and dry nice and soft. Any loose hairs should come out when you wash them which should be done as soon as you get them & before you use them. I will be buying more sets to have, & in case the price goes up or they aren't around after. They are really great brushes and you can't , can't beat the price! I've bought expensive brushes where 1 eye brush was about $40, and I will never spend that money on brushes again! These are just as good ( after you fix the handles) and SO much cheaper! I will put my money towards great makeup that I use to spend stupidly on a few brushes because they say * MAC or * Sigma on them. Your paying them for the name & for the company to promote their products. These are Good, quality brushes where it really matters- the hairs that touch your face & put your makeup on. They don't soak up the foundation, it applies it to your skin & doesn't streak or micro exfoliate your skin as your rubbing and make it flake so your makeup isn't smooth. These are soft, but will stand up to any technique of applying foundation, powders, concealer, shadows etc. Spend your money on great makeup and save a lot on these gems. Love these. I've used liquid, all sorts of powders ( Ben nye loose, bare minerals, benefit) , pro cream foundation and concealer a ( Kett, Graftobian, Mehron) , also cream, powder blushes & highlighters and these brushes performed great with ALL of them. I recommend these highly, even with the small easy fix issue with the handles! Love and buying more sets... ( silver ones look just like my expensive brushes . I have to look for the name to tell. The gold is a bit cheaper looking, just the tone to me seams cheap looking. But they all perform the same , but I will be getting a few more sets and all in the silver. ) just in case anyone was choosing between colors- I'd stick with the silver. IMO Jenni~

Worth the money - would buy again and again
I bought these brushes on a whim - and I am very pleased with my purchase. They arrived earlier than expected - and they are great quality. I've only used a couple from the collection so far, and I absolutely love them. My favorite so far is the rounded face brush - dense but soft - blends foundation beautifully - no streaks. I've used the flat and angled ones too - same results. Packaging was good too - the insert was a nice touch. There was a very faint smell - but like other reviewers, was completely gone after washing - which btw, didn't cause any shedding - not one hair. I would 100% repurchase - if only for the round face brush - I would have paid that for one brush that works as good as this one does - the other 9 brushes are a bonus :)

Amazing brushes, Worth the price.
I got this brushes for 899 RS. The quality of the brushes is amazing. The bristle are super soft. I didn't expect them to be this good. When I open the box there was strong smell of paint which made me think they're of cheap quality but in the manual kinda thing provided it was mentioned that the brushes might smell because they have been stored in the plastic for long time. So I washed them with shampoo. The smell was totally gone. I have used them 2 times now and the flat brushe givea really good coverage. All the brushes are useful.:Comparison with real technique brushes:The flat brush and RT buffing brush(my favourite brush) totally look alike and give almost same finish BUT the RT's bristles are way more softer than the BS-Mall's. and feels better on face. Same with round brush which is dupe for RT face expert brush( my another favourite brush). One thing I didn't like about the set is that there should be another smaller eyeshadow brush as the eyeshadow brush provided is amazing for blending.I will give it 5/5 and recommend to beginners and the pro because for such a cheap price this brushes are bomb af!

Compares to my morphe and real techniques brushes. Great quality.
Absolutely amazing brushes.Well worth the money, these compare to my morphe and real techniques brushes and are of the same softness and quality.I would definitely recommend these to anyone, not only because of the price but the quality is outstanding. The brushes like any makeup brushes need a wash and cleanse first, but thats to be expected.
