One of the main reasons I like DFH is the way they combine. Some ppl complain about their prices, which I too get tired of spending money. Buying separately cost more. However this supplement helps not only to feel more restful, but also included is Niacinamide which is great for skin & often added into skincare products. Pantothenic acid, also good for the face & can help some with acne.

I’m on a journey to recovery after a burnout and have been trying different supplements and combos with GABA. I take one right when I wake up in the morning before I go to the gym and it helps me get my day started right. I highly recommend this.

Better sleep

Oh my gosh!! Finally found an alternative to drugs for sleep deprivation that works!! All the drugs I tried didn’t work!! I was sleeping only 3-4 hours a night. With these I sleep 6-8 hours. So THANKFUL!

I have been under a lot of stress and this product works great.

I generally research all supplements/herbs that I take. This product definitely passes the quality ingredient test. Although the label says one capsule is a serving, for me two works best. I generally wake up anxious but this calms me down. If I happen to be anxious before bed I will take 1-2 more and it helps me sleep. The price is excellent as well since I got two bottles for the price of one.I hope this post helps
