I will definitely recommend you to buy this if you are an English reader looking to learn Arabic language.Comparison with Oxford Essential English-Arabic Dictionary:1. This one has much more quantity of words than Oxford Essential. While former has just 16 thousand words, goodword has over 20 thousand. Goodword has 824 pages while Oxford has around 420.2. One half of Oxford is English to Arabic and other half is Arabic to English. So you get only around 200 pages with English to Arabic in Oxford. Whereas goodword is only English to Arabic.3. Goodword is much thicker than Oxford.4. Page quality is almost same on both.5. Goodword is even a little cheaper than Oxford Essential, with much more content.6. Goodword has English transliteration of each arabic word. So you get to know how to pronounce the arabic word.One downside i felt about Goodword is that the arabic text is too small to be read. Reader might need a magnifying glass. English text is acceptable.Definitely go with Goodword dictionary instead of Oxford Essential. If you are fond of Oxford Press books, then you can buy Oxford Arabic Dictionary 2014 edition which costs over 8k rupees. But i still think this goodword contains enough words for a learner.
