A super actionable resource that gets you results!
I just bought this book and immediately connected with the message. I felt like she was talking about things that we as woman don't normally talk about because it's a taboo subject. I've been trying to care for myself better and was looking for a guide and something I could do on my own. The book is extremely actionable and provides a blueprint for taking care of yourself in a way that made sense to me.I did some of the exercises and love them. They're easy to follow with photos and descriptions and I was surprised at how simple it really is.I also love that book covers energy medicine for females as well. This is so important because we are energy beings and this is often left out. The chakra exercises are amazing and they did the trick for me.I totally recommend this book to any women who is trying to better herself, her pelvic floor and wants to incorporate energy healing into her routines. It helped me to understand me better. The book is a hidden gem.

FIY - 1st chapter has to be downloaded from her website!?!
To be fair, I'm still working through the book, but I decided to write a 1st round review now because buyers should know that you are supposed to go to the author's site to download the content for the 1st Chapter.Really!?! The first chapter?As a purchaser, this really bugs me, which is sad because I loved Isa's other books on ending pelvic pain (one for females and one for males) and recommend it frequently to clients so I was excited when I found out she had a new book coming out.So far the content is as good as I expected, but there's just something that's been bugging me about the download for the last couple of days. It's why I'm on the fence but still reading the book.I get the business aspect of wanting to capture readers email addresses and if the book was Free this wouldn't have bothered me, but when I pay for a product I expect to get all of the product.And even if the rest of the book continues to be good, I'm not sure if I'll ever feel comfortable recommending it to clients because of the 1st chapter download issue.

This book is a hidden gem!
I really enjoyed this book and appreciated the author talking about female care (aka self-care) so candidly. You can tell she is passionate about this topic and I can hear the love she has for healing through her writing.Right from the beginning, the book gives you exercises and tools to get started immediately. They were easy with great detailed instructions and photos. Three weeks in, between the practical physical exercises and the chakra energy exercise, I swear my pelvic floor muscles feel stronger and better, plus more open and connected to my lady parts and feminine energy.Great book! I highly recommend this to all women to get their lady parts happy and healthy and to deepen their connections to their own bodies.

How cool that this book has been written for us
How cool that this book has been written for us! Most people don't want to talk about lady parts in detail and women have few places they can turn for intimate advice and guidance. This book is about wellness, addressing a central part of our bodies that no one wants to talk about! Thank you for this book; first for the idea and wisdom and then for the concrete advice of things to do and exercises and herb recommendations - I look forward to exploring your sage advice!

A must have for every woman. It is everything ...
A must have for every woman. It is everything it says it will be...holistic, integrated, energetic..offering tools, exercises and techniques to enable us to be empowered and proactive in our pelvic health and healing. It is written with passion, wisdom and experience. I didn't find the answers from my doctor but I did find them in this book. My bladder no longer rules my life! They say 'when the pupil is ready...' thank you Isa..this is so much more than a book.

the book in my never humble opinion of full of crap, it was a waste of energy and time
kindle unlimited but got it on a freebie day, and it wasn't even worth thatTeeny tiny type, blank pages in between chapters etc {that's called filler for page count}, could barely make out the type even with setting cloud to largest available AND using magnifier, and after doing that for a random number of pages spots, the book in my never humble opinion of full of crap, it was a waste of energy and time, so bad breaking 2 long standing rules -- reviewing a book did not {could NOT} read/get through, for VARIOUS reasons, all the book's fault, and 2 had it on my tablet, WORSE if possible as crappy as already was AND reset settings STILL NO help AND turned audio on which came out with huge pauses and lags with the blank filler pages and otherwise was stuttering like Mel Tillis.I've read, and been ABLE to read, other books on this subject; obviously the book has nothing useful for anyone to read or else it would actually be readable, without the itty bitty font {lord help anyone trying to read this crap on a phone, my tablet is 11+ inches, my chromebook is 15 the widest screen out} and spending half or more of their time just having to swipe over and over to get off all the many blank pages.

I just received this book, but flipped through it last night. WOW - there is a lot of information and demos along with added support from website. I can't wait to get started healing. I am looking forward to releasing my pain so I can really play with my grandchildren. Let's get started!

The Go To Book for Women with pelvic issues
This is a very unique & comprehensive book. It not only presents theory & background information but also is full of well explained & illustrated self help exercises. As a physical therapist who worked with pelvic floor issues for several years I can highly recommend this book to women who have any kind of pelvic pain or dysfunction. It is a proven approach to regain some contra over your life.

Best info out there!
Very informative book covering female problems. Isa really knows her stuff and seems to be a trail-blazer for women’s “down there” health and well-being! She seems super dedicated and motivated to inform and educate women. Thank you, Isa!

Get to know your body ladies!
Very good book, detailed descriptions of your female anatomy,how to do exercises to strengthen your pelvic area, stop incontinence , and prolapses, and avoid surgery. I didn’t like the way I had to sign in each time to get more details online though. Also think that if you want to take it further and do her online course,$700 is excessive. But after reading this and putting it into practice it would not be necessary. A very useful book, I throughly recommend it, I am sure the exercises will be very helpful and be part of my routine.

Every woman needs this book.
This book has made me more comfortable in this body I was born with. Written by a woman physiotherapist who has suffered like the rest of us women. Her methods really work.
