when I couldn't produce enough blood, they send me another one no questions asked. simple procedure. sending it in now for the review.

Kit arrive. Followed instructions. Had to set up account, but took several emails to get "order number" that was required to set up account. Checked results status multiple times. Account again asked for order numbe. More emails to state we had already returned test kit.. Initially we were told they did not have the kit, then told tests had been resulted. Logged in again and there are no results. Have emailed company 3 more time and have had NO RESPONSE. Would not recommend this test kit.

This product was easy to use and the results are accurate.

I have been curious as to any intolerance or sneaky allergies I might have for several years now. I decided to spring for this since it was pretty cheap and could potentially make life a lot better. The kit is very convenient, it comes with supplies to clean, two little pricking devices in case you mess up on the first try, and the sheet for your blood sample. The prick was almost painless, and the whole process took under 10 minutes. I shipped my sample to their testing facility for free and heard back from them yesterday. Apparently, I have a slight dairy intolerance! I'm going to see what happens when I cut dairy out of my diet and hope to report back on how I feel better/different!!Edit: tried cutting out dairy and already feel positive effects! I'm ecstatic

The description says the kit is for "allergies and intolerances" but this kit does not check for intolerances. Also, it lists "nuts" but they only actually test for Almonds and Hazelnuts - not cashews, walnuts, pecans, pistachios or any other common tree nuts. Lastly, you will need to contact customer service to activate your kit online because the kits ordered through Amazon do not have the LL- (Order Reference Number) required to activate. So far, not impressed but will update once my results come back - if they come back.

Pretty fast delivery, but it's been absolutely impossible to get an order number in order to even activate the kit (which is required prior to sending it in.) Looking at the kit, though, it seems easy enough to actually do and there is no postage required. I am anticipatory about actually being able to complete and send in, and proceed with the process 🤞

I ordered this before Christmas, it arrived quickly and was easy to administer at home but have STILL NOT GOT THE RESULTS!!!! The tracking option claims it is ‘still in the LAB’ but I can’t see why it’s taking this long. We are four months along now and still no closer to getting results so my son, who the test was for, is still no further along knowing what is causing his discomfort.

I don’t think anyone enjoys giving blood. I watched the video followed every instruction and soon had provided the sample. I sent it off and forgot about it but 5 days later I had my results via email. I need to make some changes to my diet, it’s time to deal with my health issues

The kit arrived quickly. I had read the reviews and was worried about getting the blood, but I ran my fingers in warm water and shook my hands to get the blood flowing and it was easy. Got the info I need to change my diet and sort my health issues!

Kit comes with everything you need. I had to use both the two pin prick devices as my blood clotted before I could fill the sample tube (which is small) and I think because I didn't apply enough pressure first time round. This is the only thing, if you're the slightest bit squeamish then this might not be for you. One you've provided enough blood from the pin prick, just pop the kit in to the prepaid envelope and then in to a postbox. I had my results back within 2 days, clearly presented and in plain English.Very pleased with the service and quality all round.
