I was concerned that the flat bottom of the cylinder might not be as effective as some of the others which were more angular, but I needn’t have worried because this handy little device grinds tablets to a fine powder effortlessly. The knack is to slowly increase pressure until you feel the pill collapse. Then a gentle to and fro action will grind well, but not completely. You need to undo it about half way, give it a gentle tap and then repeat the tighten / loosen step until you get the fine powder you want. The pill cutter is in its own chamber, and thanks to the clever guides, will align your pill for you as you close the lid. Don’t pay for one of the more expensive options. This one is absolutely perfect.

Very useful little tool. Purchased to help my mother cut her prescription pills in half as she had been advised by GP. This tool has made what was proving to be quite a tricky job really quick and simple. It’s really easy and safe to use. One end is for cutting pills, the other is for crushing tablets should you require to do so. There are 2 sections for storing pills conveniently in the middle. Highly recommended.

I used this for splitting my dog’s medication as the dose was one and a half pills twice a day. It definitely works better than trying to do it with a knife on my chopping board and ending up with dog medication all over it. It doesn’t split it perfectly every time, I often end up with a a few little pieces shattered off, but on the plus side it does have a storage chamber so you can save the one half of the pill you didn’t use use from earlier etc. My dog is pretty good at taking medication so I haven’t had to use the crusher part, but I can see it being very useful if I ever have to crush a pill and mix it into his food. It’s not perfect, but good value and easy to use.

Amazing gadget. My elderly dog can't chew tablets due to lack teeth so this item has been a godsend..one side cuts tablets the other just pop tablets in and turn and it crushes them wish I'd known about long ago as with arthritis in hands I'm passed trying to crush tablets been spoons !!

Crusher part is great. Pill cutter part is very poor.

What a fab little item to have when you got big pills and cant swallow them . Easy to use and crushes the tablets to a powder . Its better to use than " Crushing them in the middle of two spoons " 👍

These are excellent - crusher and splitter in one little object. Cuts very cleanly in half and easy to cut bigger tablets into even smaller pieces subsequently. Very good price compared to others when taking both functions into account

I use it for my dogs medication, it is easy to use, cuts the pills for the correct dosage, as well as crushing and storing the pills.

Funktioniert gut, habe es selbst ausprobiert mit den Tabletten weil die Frau nicht mehr gut schlucken kann. Das zermahlene (fast Pulver) kann man mit dem Essen oder Trinken bei mischen ohne das der Patient was merkt.

viene utilizzato tutti i giorni in ospedale quindi dopo circa un mese d'utilizzo posso dire che funziona perfettamente trita le pastiglie con facilità e non si è ancora consumato, consigliatissimo.

Il prodotto fa quello che deve ma con difficoltà, per dividere le pillole è un po’ difficoltoso, le pillole che hanno l’ingaggio va posto esattamente in direzione della lama altrimenti vengono divise male o fatte a pezzi, per le pillole piccole è ancora più difficoltoso, per il resto è perfetto sia come contenitore che come mortaio per pillole
