Very accurate, and portable
if you are looking for a blood pressure meter that works with your mobile device, is wireless, portable and accurate, then look no further, this is it.I previously tried the iHealth monitor but sent it back because it was unreliable, and did not seem accurate when I compared readings to my Omron.I like the way it easily folds up, and works with my Apple Health app. I have never had to resync the Bluetooth connection like I did with the iHealth monitor. Also, it uses ordinary batteries, so there is no issue with taking it in your luggage on an airplane.

You might not want to find out how unhealthy you really are.
Works good, easy to use app. Machine powers on when cuff opened up and powers off after use automatically.App has nice user interface, shows where your results fall “normal”, “high”, etc. Also tracks location when you take a reading, so now you can take a reading in the driveway after a holiday at the in-laws and have concrete evidence that they do, in fact, give you high blood pressure.

Definitely in Beta development as it relates to iOS products and the Apple Watch.
September 25, 2015 Update: In late August the Qardio Customer Service and Tech people told me the new iOS and WatchOS updates when released would provide full Apple Watch compatibility - be patient. They said they knew of the problems and they would be corrected. Now they tell me the problem is Apple's limitations with third party programs. They can't correct the many limitations.Qardio will not allow a return because it was purchased through Amazon. I'm waiting to see if Amazon can help me.If you desire to use the Qardioarm with the Apple Watch you'll be very disappointed - don't waste your money. It works best with the iPad and marginally with the iPhone.August 25 evaluation: It is my opinion this is a Beta product as it applies to an iOS iPhone/iPad and Apple Watch application. The software does not seem to utilize the advanced capability of iOS. There is unneeded conflicts and duplication with the iPhone and Apple Watch security system. The blue tooth sensitivity appears to be intentionally (they say security reasons) very weak making it difficult to effectively utilize the Apple Watch. It seems the Qardio must be connected to the iPhone or iPad before a "start" can be operational on the watch. This is true even though the Watch says OK to Start. You next receive a Watch message that it is searching. This does not appear to be a third party software issue related to the Watch as other Watch iPhone and third party apps are communicating perfectly and promptly at that time and location of the watch to the iPhone. The software appears to be searching for an open and running Qardio app on the iPhone or iPad. Note: One or the other not both. To make it work consistently I have had to set this up in advance of the attempt to activate the Watch "Start." (Further explanation below). The software logic between the iPhone or iPad is filled with conflicts. If the iPhone is not active and the Cardio app loaded the Watch activation will not work. I have repeatedly had to sign on to the Qardio app even though it is running on the iPhone or iPad. You can not select which device you want to connect with from the cuff or from the Watch. You must make that decision in advance of the actual operation of the Qardioarm cuff and have the Qardio app running. To me this defeats the effectiveness of the Apple Watch capability. If you have to go sit in front of the iPhone or iPad why offer Watch capability? The uploading of the readings from the Qardio app to the Apple Health app is not predictable. or constant The software logic to do this is still a deep mystery. I have learned how to sometimes make the transfer when it doesn't. Consistency is not a Hallmark of this software. It sometimes takes days before the Qardio history will appear on the Apple Health app. I have no idea what the triggering step is for an automatic or a manual transfer. ???The accuracy of the cuff reading appears to be better than those of my Omron which I have worn three out in 10 years. At least that is what my Doctors says. The Qardio provides higher numbers - darn. This is why I rate the unit with two stars rather than one.It is not easy to obtain customer service support. After a number of email exchanges I talked with a person almost speaking "English." We were on the phone for almost an hour with his trying to teach me the particularities of the Qardio. His efforts were helpful. He committed to call back after a few days to assess the problem resolution. Ten days out - no return call. Would you believe, as I am writing this I just received an email inviting me to call and report my status with the Qardioarm. I wonder if they will speak English? Probably not. If we come up with something positive after my attempt to communicate, I'll amend this evaluation. The pairing and operational protocol is cumbersome; not user friendly! For example, pairing requires the physical touching of the Qardio cuff device to the device to be paired. Yes, physically laying one device upon the other. If color is critical to you, good luck. The lightening red is orange. Conclusion: If you are using this device with a single source, say an iPhone, you will probably have 80% to 90% usability. And, the test results will probably be more accurate than my Omron wrist cuff's. The Qardio Beta software is in need of significant review and modernization to meet the available features of iOS. General usage I rate this a three star. When used with the Apple Watch I rate it a one star on a good day. I like what it can be but suggest you wait until they bring the software up to Apple's level of common sense, security and usability.

Great product and excellent customer service
This is an amazing device that is easy to use. It takes a little practice to unroll and get it situated on your arm, but by not placing it too tightly, it works like a charm. There is no appreciable difference in readings between this device and the other devices I use. Great product and excellent customer service!

Eats batteries like nobody's business!
I am really disappointed in the quality of this product. After only having it a month (just after the return policy was over) I cannot keep batteries alive in my machine! They actually will die OVER NIGHT! It is so unbelievably frustrating. I take my blood pressure in the morning and again at bedtime (Dr. orders) but I cannot even get this to work more than one day before it has chewed through the batteries. My doctor has not changed her batteries in a year! I would take a replacement if it were offered to see how it worked - just sayin. 'When is DOES work it is pretty good. You have to adjust the band "just right" or it will take a false high reading. But working in conjunction with the Qardio scales it is a pretty good team. If I want to use new batteries everyday, that is.

Quality Device
Very happy with this device. We have been using for a little over 2 months now. Have taken to Dr's office and verified the QardioArm to be very accurate. It was very easy to set up and sync with app on our iPhones. It can be set up to take from 1 to 3 readings at one sitting. If you use 2 or 3 readings the result you are given is the average of the readings, which is supposedly more accurate. Another nice feature is the ability to send an email of your readings, which are stored on your phone, directly to your doctor's office.

It Works Great!
I works as advertised and was no trouble to set up. It is the first BP monitor with a cuff that is easy to transport, so I can travel with it. Be sure to get the Khanka hard case that is advertised below it. The case looks very sturdy and will protect it, if you plan to travel with it, as I do.

Customer Service Update
UPDATE: Received a call from customer service within about 30 minutes of leaving my information. Customer Service provided some tips on activating device and will monitor and will be following up. Surprised and have never received such a fast response. Received and worked well and appeared to be accurate for 1 day. 2nd day would not communicate with cell phones. Followed directions and tried to reset, new batteries and repairing of devices but would not work. Called customer UNservice. Told to stay on line for next service representative, then advised could leave phone number, followed by rather than keep you on line leave name, phone number, and email address. Total elapsed time on phone approximately 30 seconds and phone went dead. Since we are planning on traveling later today I would have been more than happy to wait and receive an answer to solve my problem. Instead will have to wait for an email message or hopefully a phone call that will fix the issue.

Perfekt
