This book by Alexandra Morris was a most interesting and informative primer about entering what is primarily a femdom lifestyle of dominance/submission. The author takes great pains to NOT frighten or discourage the woman from doing what she is considering in terms of either fulfilling her man's fantasies or even her own secret desires. Her step-by-step approach definitely offers detailed explanations about each step involved in entering and maintaining the lifestyle which definitely makes this a most useful handbook or reference source. This is a voluntary review of this book.

Healthy D/s relationships are not formed with the manipulation and consent issues this book suggests. Look elsewhere for a book that puts SSC front and center.

The information inside seems to diverge strongly from what a large number of other sources have led me to believe are the "mainstream" protocols. For example, FemDoms (the Dominant Women) don't cajole for what They desire -- in the vast majority of sources, it's Their way or get out.The Conclusion starts with "There is not much data out there on male submission...." -- that alone is a major tip-off. (Elise Sutton published "Female Domination" almost twenty years ago! -- and now the internet has very many articles summarizing Female Led Relationships.)A better ice-breaker/starter book is Dvanna Hightower's "The Hesitant Mistress". You might follow up with Georgia Ivey Green's "How to Set Up an FLR" or Marissa Rudder's 13-book how-to series (although Rudder is minimalist on corporal punishment, except in her Book 5).Good websites are (Google these) "Real Women Don't Do Housework" and "Gregg Michaelsen Female Led Relationship What They Are and How They Work".

This book offers a different and exciting take on women in a dominant role during sex play/bdsm. I found it helpful, fun, and informative. The narrator was a nice addition. I voluntarily listened to a copy of this book and am giving an honest review.

Was more related to pay for professional Dominatrix, rather then ordinary couple's relationship of Female Lead and male submissive. So in a non-professional sense was not that informational.

In the amazing book, Ms. Morris has complied a comprehensiveness guide with the Female-led Relationship. She has taken the subject and broken into its bare bones parts with each genders role in this BDSM relationship. The narration by Ms. Morrison was extremely enjoyable, she made the subject flow smoothly and enjoyably. The production quality of this audiobook is also of the highest quality. I heard no problems during the entire performance. There were not any detectable flaws that I was able to hear during the entire performance such as loops, breaks, or buzzing. The production was crisp and clear. Alexandra Morris delivered an excellent audiobook production. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Very good read, I was not knowledgeable about BDSM, and it was a real eye opener.

This book is absolute garbage. Full of stereotypes, bad information and manipulation.I've been in female led relationships for 20 years. I run a local BDSM group and facilitate Femdom events.While reading, I started out as perturbed that this book was even published, then angry about the terrible information that people are no doubt taking on as true and finally sad that this is what this woman believes to be a female led relationship.The only thing that could help this book is a book burning.PS - it forced me to give a star, but it deserves none.

This book hits the nail in so many aspect of this relationship, I was amazed to see how true all this was.
