Taste like something nasty and was hard to swallow for daughter. Would not recommend.

This is the second time that I've purchased these vitamins for my 14yr old son. He says he can feel a difference when he ran out or when he forgets to take them for a few days. My son gets up early, is involved with sports and is on honor roll and goes to bed late, and so these vitamins help him stay healthy and strong. And sustains his energy throughout the day, even when he didn't get much sleep the night before.

If I could give them half a star I would. They arrived powdered and broken into pieces with a pungent vitamin smell. Very disappointed that there no option to return them!!

I purchased these vitamins after reading positive ratings from Amazon customers. My new bottle of vitamins just arrived and had a sticker on the top, "Warning - this product contains lead, a substance known to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm." I immediately did some research online and found that because this shipment came from California, the sticker was legally required due to strict California laws. At one point several years ago, the Sources of Life Power Teen vitamin was found to be the top 10 WORST product in regards to lead amounts.

Good, but as is typical with Amazon,they have become too expensive.

So far has proven to be a good vitamin.. my 17 year old has been taking if for some time. It has a wide range of vitamins in it. The only thing is one of the B vitamins is synthetic version.. but the rest of the vitamin we are happy with and the other ingredients in it too.

For my 16 year old it's ok, but it has an after taste. It's too big of a pill for my 14 year old.

Love the product its from a great company and you can notice a difference when you take it. Most important it is naturally processed not chemically processed like most multi's you buy at the supermarket. I owned a health food store and used to sell this like crazy. Excellent Product!
