Great Breading Batter for Wings from Hotter's in your home!
Better Breading batter for Wings that we have found. We mixed it, We bought it and now we found one we like the best. After frying a lot of wings we bought Hooter's and found that it is the best for frying wings. It stays on the wings and is not too thick, like other batters are and is not too spicy. We had a problem with other batters not stay on the wings and then we would have to double dip the wings but then it would be too thick. Some of the batters are too spicy and too hot. We add the hot that we want to the batter to get the heat that we want on our wings. Larger pack at 16 ounces you can do a lot of wings from one pack of mix.

It took a little experimenting to get the thickness of the coating just like what you find at Hooters, but I've got it down now. I toss the breast strips in the breading mix a second time after letting them sit in the fridge after the first breading. Then it's straight in the pan of canola oil at 350° until golden on the protrusions. Drain on some paper towel while loading the next batch into the oil and then it's into a covered bowl for a quick toss in some Hooters "Hot" wing sauce which I can actually find locally.Taste just like the real thing, just without the cute servers and multiple tv's to watch.A good substitute for their mozzarella sticks and marinara are the "FarmRich" brand sticks and Emeril Lagasse's "Homestyle" marinara, both of which are usually easy to find at Walmart.

False advertising price gouging
Terrible product says pack of 6 I received 1 for over $10 is price gouging !!! Do not buy!! And can’t return!!

Great product!
I use it for wings, boneless skinless thighs, and boneless skinless breasts. Thaw, and toss with a little garlic salt and Old Bay seasoning. My Instant Brand Vortex 6 qt. holds 9 wings. 15 minutes at 400 degrees, to heaven! I don't let them sit in the breading for 30 minutes first. I put them in immediately.

What’s not to love about making your own Hooters wings at home?!? I would give this 5 stars if it had directions on using it for an air fryer as well
