Pretty sweet
I'm no expert on throwing knives but these are awesome! They look even better in person! I was really surprised. One thing that kinda sucks is after 5-10 bad throws the gripping leather starts to fall off. So I ripped it off and a little rubbing alcohol to take all the sticky away and fixed. Plus they still look good even without the grip. But in my eyes the grip isn't what I was paying for. The blade, very appealing and very pointy out of the box. The weight of the knives are very decent too. I would recommend these knives as i'm buying a second pair...or three.

Good product by United cutlery
So far these have been fairly decent throwing knives. They throw nicely and are well balanced. The only complaint I have is the steel. AUS-6 is cheap and bends easily. A couple of times I've thrown them in such a tight grouping that they have hit each other and left small dents or nicks in the blades. Also the leather is low quality and keeps rolling up. Other then that I would buy these again and do recommend them to any intermediate skilled throwers out there.I'm now editing this review a few months later. The knives have not held up at all. The tips are bent and the blades chipped. I don't think anyone with any sense would buy anything other than a show case knife made from aus-6. I have quite a bit of experience with different steels, my favorite being O-1 steel purchasable on amazon. It doesn't bend or break when tempered right, and the only problem is minor rusting. I conducted a tensile strength test on these knives, and the results were pitiful. Least durability of any steel I've seen so far. Even 1010 mild steel hardens and tempers better. I would not recommend these to anyone. The only thing I can speak for with these is the balance. They do throw very well. I am currently making a general replica out of 5160 steel.

Great throwers
These knives were great, if you know what throwing knives are meant for you wouldn't complain about the "steel quality". The hell hawks are light and are well balanced, I would buy them again in a heart beat.

knifes are so so
The knife are ok but, the leather wrapped handles came off the second day off showing them to family. I have not even had a chance to throw them so I will try and report back.
